Saw this on the Punch-in blog as part of their run down of 100 gifted guitarists you should know. It’s an arragement of Led Zeppelin’s “Kashmir”, for solo guitar by Ben Lacey. He manages to play the guitar parts, melody, drums and bass all at once. Very cool.

I think this looks like what would happen if the Borg assimilated a guitar. The string pitch is being changed by tightening and loosening the strings with servomotors in real time. The player hits keys on a keypad to choose the notes but still picks the strings with the right hand like an ordinary guitar. […]
